This apartment has a large terrace with covered and non covered area which includes a private pool; all of it with fantastic views. It has 2 double bedrooms; a very spacious living room attached to a fully equipped kitchen which has Neff appliances . The living room and all the rooms have AC. There is a laundry room that includes washing machine and dryer. The apartment has 2 kind of coffe machine: american and nespresso.

The community offers an 18 meters pool which is also heated, sunbathing area, reception where you can ask any further information, communal sitting area, covered garage in the building and free wifi in the communal area.
