Villa San Patricio

Villa San Patricio is located in an idyllic location in the north of Tenerife; placed in a residential area; Atlantic Ocean and Teide views; very bright, modern and newly built. The villa is very well connected; next to the north highway and a few minutes from Puerto de la Cruz where you can visit the famous Loro Parque; 20 minutes from the North Airport and 1 hour from the South Airport

This villa has a large private garden and terraces which includes a pool; all of it with fantastic views.

The villa is distributed on one floor; It has 3 double rooms; a very spacious living room attached to a fully equipped kitchen.

The house has 2 full bathrooms, both with shower , and one WC. One room has double bed of 180×200 and the other two rooms with 2 beds of 90 each can be joined or kept separate.

The house has Air Conditioning in the living room and in every room. There is a sound equipment (Marshall) to listen to music in very good quality; the house has free wifi (very high conexion) and 2 smarts tvs, one in the living room and another one in the main room.

The villa has space for cars outside just in the door.
