Wonderful semi-detached villa, very bright, modern and newly built. With magnificent views over the Atlantic Ocean, the valley of La Orotava, the Teide and the north coast of the island. The villa is very well connected; next to the north highway and a few minutes from Puerto de la Cruz where you can visit the famous Loro Parque; 20 minutes from the North Airport and 1 hour from the South Airport

El alojamiento

The house is distributed over 2 floors plus an attic. The ground floor has a bright living room + American kitchen; a toilet and a private heated pool; with a covered area where you can eat or talk with the family. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, one of them with bathroom en suite and the other two sharing a bathroom and a terrace with sea views. The attic part has the fourth bedroom and a toilet and another terrace. The garage next to the house is for 1 car
